This site is by and for the Alumni of the Pennsylvania Theta Chapter of Phi Delta Theta at Penn State that had it’s charter suspended on December 7th, 2007 by the General Council of Phi Delta Theta. We are complying with the rules of the suspension as we understand them and are not pretending to be or trying to represent that we are an active chapter of Phi Delta Theta in any way. This site is not affiliated with Phi Delta Theta and is not endorsed or supported by Phi Delta Theta in any way.

Any articles referring to our "Actives", "Chapter", or “Active Chapter” were written and posted prior to the suspension on December 7th, 2007 and are merely a record of what happened prior to the suspension. We acknowledge that our charter was suspended and we are not pretending to be or trying to represent that we are an active chapter of Phi Delta Theta in any way.

The General Council of Phi Delta Theta has suspended our charter, expelled all our undergraduates, expelled our Alumni Corporation President and threatened to sue us over copyright and trademark violations. Any photos that contain any Phi Delta Theta trademarks or logos were taken or produced before the suspension. Since the suspension, we have covered or removed all Phi Delta Theta trademarks and logos from our house as directed by Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters. Any use of Phi Delta Theta trademarks or logos are in accordance with our rights as Alumni of Phi Delta Theta as we understand them.
