Thanks, you’re doing a heck of a good job! I’m glad to support efforts like yours and the others who are helping as well as the actives of PA Theta. You and your cohorts have stated a remarkable turn around that makes me proud to be a Phi. When I was at Penn Sate, just before World War II and right after, these were some of the best times of PA Theta and I’m beginning to believe they can come back for the house. The war had made changes in all of us and I think we better understood how fortunate we were and the real value of a good education and the brotherhood of the fraternity. Because of the housing shortages at Penn State, I never lived anywhere but the Phi Delta Theta house – and it was great.

It appears that progress to improve the House, and more importantly, the membership attitude toward the advantages of brotherhood, have made a significant move in the right direction. I'm proud of all you active members. I'll be at the House on Sat. April 22nd only for the Corp. meeting; sorry my time is limited. Bud Thomas '49

April 24, 2006 Last Saturday, I attended the Pa Theta "Stockholders' Meeting" (previously, the Alumni Corporation meeting), and I was extremely impressed with both the manner of the presentations and the contents of the reports. The undergraduate Phis (who made almost all the presentations) and Phikeias, appear to have recaptured the Phi Delt fraternal feeling that so many of us knew during our college days and have sorely missed in many of the years since then. They have produced some great results in many categories: social, philanthropy, activities, sports, and others. With an anticipated house occupancy of 40 next fall, their financial situation will certainly improve -- and they are doing the best they can with what they have -- but the physical plant is still draining much of their resources. My congratulations go to recently graduated members who helped start Pa Theta's Return to Glory, all the current undergraduate members who still have an immense job ahead of them, and especially to alumni Randy, Pete, and Bill, who have given them guidance and oversight during their reorganization. It's my opinion they all deserve our support.

Dear Brothers, I am proud of what you have accomplished! I truly believe that "we are back"! You have made an outstanding effort from the ground up. Now, it is time for our alumni to step up and make a new house a reality! I plan to visit the house during our reunion in early August! Yours in the Bond, John Carnwath '63 Midlothian, Virginia

I am proud of what you have accomplished! I was happy to see the house this summer and to see the progress you guys are making is awesome. It was also awesome to see you guys on one of the vidoes for NCAA college football 2007!!! I can't say how awesome it felt to, not only see our letters, but to see our house, that is truly an amazing feeling. Yours in the Bond, Izzy Conil 02' Miami, FL

I'm very proud of the job that myself and some of the actives did in providing an informative and fun update for all the alumni. I can't wait to meet more alumni at Blue/White, and GREAT job Randy with the site. You put a lot of work into it and it looks amazing. Thanks.
